The flow between Employee, Appraiser, and Reviewer, along with the visibility and control features on the interface, proved to be extremely beneficial. The accuracy of individual ratings is commendable, and the implementation of the 9-box grid – a talent management tool utilized in HR for evaluating employees based on their current performance and future potential – was successfully integrated into this project.
