About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive outside sales for ERPNext solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outside sales activities, including prospect visits, presentations, and demos.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals to expand the customer base.
  • Understand customer pain points and align ERPNext solutions to meet business needs.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customization, implementation, and post-sales
    service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and ERPNext advancements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in ERP or software solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to handle complex sales discussions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with ERPNext or other ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel and engage in onsite client interactions.
