With a vast distributor network, they required an automated sales data collection mechanism to gather daily sales and stock information from channel partners using Tally integration.

Business Challenge

J.K. Fenner India faced several operational hurdles due to their distributed ecosystem: the manual consolidation of sales, stock, and purchase data from distributors was cumbersome, and there was a lack of real-time visibility into distributor-level performance. The inconsistent Tally environments were slowing down data synchronization, and their dependence on fragmented reporting methods led to delays and inaccuracies.
